The health and safety of our tenants, employees and community in which we operate and live continue to be our top priority. This has consumed much of our focus over the last several days as the uncertainty and impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has been felt by our nation.
Terra Creek offices will remain open. However, over the next two to three weeks we will be doing limited and emergency maintenance jobs only to help keep safe distances between you and our employees as instructed by the CDC. Please email or call with any issues and try to stay in your units during these pressing times.
The work out room is open with limited usage. We’re asking you for your cooperation, to limit the number of people in the work out room to 2 to 3 persons at a time. We will continue to wipe down equipment 2 to 3 times a day but ask for your help to wipe before and after your use on all equipment. If we see more persons in the workout room then what we’ve been monitoring we will have no choice but to close the gym for the safety of our community.
